Unlike most of our oil based pickles, this one is built around tamarind, so it's more sour than anything else, with chilli doing the work of adding heat rather than a heavy spice blend. It's lighter, tangier, and honestly pretty addictive once you get a taste for it.

We keep the oil to a minimum here, letting the tamarind's natural sourness and the chilli's bite carry the pickle. It's a good match for curd rice, or even stirred into dal for a quick sour kick.

Made in small batches in Kerala, no artificial preservatives, colours, or flavours, just tamarind, chilli, and time.

Try it with fluffy poori, crispy pakoras, or samosas for a street-food style combo, or pair it with khichdi, pulao, or stuffed theplas. It also complements grilled fish, roasted chicken, or kebabs, and adds an instant lift to noodles or rolls.
