This is our answer for anyone who finds regular mango pickle too sharp. We use riper mangoes and let a bit of natural sweetness come through, then build heat back in with chilli and a classic Kerala tempering of mustard seeds and curry leaves in gingelly oil.

The result sits nicely between the two extremes, sweet enough to be easy, hot enough to keep you interested. It works well with parathas, dosas, or just plain rice.

Handcrafted in small batches in Kerala with no artificial preservatives, colours, or flavours, and shipped across India and internationally.
