Track Your Order
Once your order ships, we'll send you tracking details by email and WhatsApp so you can follow it all the way home.
1. Find Your Tracking Details
After dispatch, you'll receive a tracking link or AWB (tracking) number from our courier partner, sent to your email and WhatsApp number.
2. Track Your Shipment
Click the tracking link we send you, or enter the tracking number on our courier partner's website, to see live status and delivery updates.
3. A Few Things to Know
- Tracking info can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
- Standard delivery takes about 5–8 business days once shipped.
- Remote areas may take a little longer.
- If there's no movement for several days, reach out — we're happy to check on it.
